Yoga & Dance Liability Waiver and Release
    By registering for and participating in this yoga/dance activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
    1. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that yoga, dance, movement, breathwork, and meditation practices involve physical activity that may include stretching, balance, and exertion, and carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, falls, dizziness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur. 
    2. Health & Medical Acknowledgment
    I affirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate. I understand that ¿How Lovely Are We? and associated teachers are not medical or mental health professionals and that this class does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified provider before participating if I have any concerns.
    3. Personal Responsibility
    I agree to listen to my body, move within my own limits, and modify or stop at any time to avoid pain or injury. 
    4. Release of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless ¿How Lovely Are We? and any associated employees or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this class. 
    5. Voluntary Participation & Legal Agreement
    I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to this waiver. I understand that this is a legally binding agreement and that I am giving up certain rights. 
    6. Electronic Consent
    By registering for this program and checking the agreement box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver, and that this action constitutes my electronic signature.
